Apartment Za bukem was completed in 2022 and is located in the cadastre of Šumava Iron Ore, specifically in the settlement Hojsova stráž Brčálník, which is located at an altitude of 840 m below the ridges of the peaks Pancíře and Špičák. The first written mention of Brčálník dates from 1569. In the past, this beautiful hidden place was called "air spa" for its uniqueness in terms of air currents and because the valley itself has the most stable climate in the entire Šumava and with a beautiful view of the Royal Forest.

The apartment has a maximum capacity of 4 adults and is equipped with the utmost care to provide you and us with comfort and pleasant facilities inspired by nature and mountain living style. In addition to the apartment, you have your own parking space No. 78 directly in front of the house, a common lockable room for bikes and skis, or our own cellar No. 28. There is an elevator in the building. The apartment has two bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a fully equipped kitchen with a Nespresso capsule coffee machine, all within a living room with a dining table and a sofa and a Fatboy beanbag. The apartment is equipped with its own wifi connection called B34 with a flat screen, wireless speaker. You will also find a small library here. Bed linen, toiletries and towels are provided.
