Meadow house

The meadow house is located at the foot of the Brdy forests in the cadastre of the village of Svinaře in the Halouny area. The house stands on a plot of 1000 m2, has two protected parking spaces and has a well-kept garden with a wooden terrace, a swimming pool and a place to relax with 2 outdoor loungers and a barbecue area. On the 1st floor there are two separate bedrooms with large double boxes, box in each bedroom, each bedroom has a flat screen with Skylink TV programs and there is an Apple TV. There is a bathroom with shower and separate toilet. The ground floor of the building is connected to the terrace, there is a corner dining set, two armchairs for relaxation and a Fatboy bean bag, and a fully equipped kitchenette with a Nespresso coffee machine. In the residential part, it is possible to flood the stove in the winter season by agreement, otherwise the building is heated by underfloor heating. The ground floor has a sauna with bathroom with shower and separate toilet. Part of the house is a garage, which we will make available to you if you need to store your bikes, as well as we can prepare a wine tasting from our cellar by prior arrangement.
